2 killed in Lancaster traffic crash ID’d

LANCASTER – Authorities have identified the man and woman who were killed in a two-vehicle crash late Saturday night near Lancaster.

They were identified as 28-year-old Destiny Barron and 59-year-old Randolph Passaquindici, according to the Los Angeles County Coroner’s Office.

The crash occurred around 11:15 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 3, near 185th Street East and East Avenue J, according to the California Highway Patrol. Both victims were pronounced dead at the scene and another person was rushed to a hospital, the CHP reported.

The crash involved a white Chevrolet Malibu and a gray or silver Honda Accord, and the person injured was transported to Antelope Valley Hospital in critical condition, according to a source at the scene. No further information on the crash was immediately available.
