LANCASTER – A man and a woman were shot early Christmas morning outside King Bar in Lancaster, authorities said.
The shooting took place around 1 a.m. Monday, Dec. 25, in the bar’s parking lot, at 2822 E. Avenue I, according to LASD Sgt. Adam Hilzendeger. The shooters were described as a man and a woman, he added. The suspects fled the scene after the attack in a white Toyota Corolla.
The victims were transported to Antelope Valley Hospital, where the man was last listed in critical condition and the woman’s condition was unknown, Hilzendeger said.
There was some kind of altercation earlier in the night at the bar and that’s what led to the shooting, Hilzendeger said. No further information on the incident was immediately available.
LASD’s Operation Safe Streets Bureau which investigates street gangs was handling the investigation, ABC7 reported.

I wouldn’t want one, honestly. Back when I was selling cars I was amazed at how overpriced they were, and I doubt that had changed.

One more reason to avoid Lancaster at all costs at night. Maybe if we had a leader who lived here and cared things could be different.
