That is just sad. To read all these posts about people killed or unsolved murders…I guess it can happen any where, I didn’t know this person, but my condolences to her friends and family

Buck knives and screwdrivers are typical for street people. Few possess firearms. Camping in public space and city sidewalks subjects them to chronic police interrogation and searches.

Really pathetic way of showing compassion. Judging someone who has tragically died is not being a human being. These negative reviews started with “shifty attitude” then flows with “she was a good mother”. Hypocrite people who will face more severe judgements from God. Either you loved her or you don’t. Evil people thinking that death won’t come knocking at their doors. You’ll certainly reap what you sow, assholes.

Since 2011 there have been dozens of solved and unsolved murders in the southeastern Antelope Valley from 106st east to the SB county line, 75yr old Glen Britner being one, the girl Monique presumed dead. The number of victims burned and killed on 106st east 5-7 at the hands of Ghuy Guzman plus the two he stuffed in a elderly couple’s shed on Hampel av, the man beaten to death by a ex con on Ft Tejon and 178th east, the body found in the aqua duct 2019 near 116th east, CHP jurisdiction on that one. I truly doubt chuy acted alone, but considering we don’t get the best detectives out here and are indifferent to people that are considered on the fringe of society or deemed to have put themselves in harms way. Glen Britner is one of those people. He invited and helped a lot of people on the fringe of society. When i questioned a resident deputy at a town meeting about the number of murders and Mr Britner, the response was “oh that guy” indifference stood loud and clear. BTW Mr Guzman died in a shootout with US Marshals on the edge of Death Valley. A Coan Bros script in the making. Yeah the Sherries are all over it. Illegal fireworks in Stevenson Ranch get more attention. RIP Glen

It’s Chuy Guzman BTW, this area of the Antelope Valley needs a lot more patrols and Littlerock needs a resident deputy that doesn’t bilk the taxpayers by slacking 3/4s of his work week.
