Tim scott. He was a child hood friend of mine. He didn’t drink nor smoke anything. He was riding his bike with his dog to get a bottle of soda for his late nite dinner after working a 10 hour shift. I still don’t know what transpired in that 10 house distance from his house to the liquor store. So please don’t be like speculate on something you have no clue on what happen.
Tim Scott says
Fine. The fact remains that very little good comes of going to the liquor store at eleven o’clock. Maybe you’re just going for a soda, but the other guy probably isn’t. Sorry for your loss.

Hi Sarah,
I was a childhood friend with Israel and your brother Jacob back when we lived on P4. I just found out about this sad news and I’m deeply sorry. I remember all the fun football games we had on the street as well making biking ramps out of anything we can find. May he Rest In Peace
Sincerely

@RIP Izzy…Other peoples’ speculations don’t matter. You know, and that’s all that matters. So many times over my lifetime, did I go to a place that sold liquor to by a water or sandwich after working the swing shift at Rockwell. I had no control over other peoples’ thoughts on whether they thought I was making a liquor run. Nosy people that should be paying attention to their own lives.
Alexis says
I would stop at the nearest liquor store regularly after swing shift to buy a sandwich, while some nosy people thought I was making a liquor run. You know what happened, and that’s all that matters.

How many more incidents like this must happen in order for the City to take action against this liquor store?
As many of us know, and have reported many times to the authorities, this is the paradise for many underage kids to purchase liquor. Yes, this is correct, This store is KNOWN to sell liquor and cigarettes to minors. You only need pay a visit to this store on Fridays and Saturdays evenings. Both clerks, the Hispanic and the Middle Eastern guys violating the laws……
Tim Scott says
Is there some connection between this shooting and sales to minors that I’m missing? I mean, I’m certainly all for enforcement coming down on anyone knowingly selling to minors. I just don’t see the connection here.
My first thought was “very little good comes of going to the liquor store at eleven o’clock on a Saturday night.” I have no specifics on this case, but generally speaking that smacks of “already been drinking and making a run.”

I wonder if this liquor store sells those little glass pipes and small jewelry bags?
I have zero issue with speculating
