Man gets 39+ years for extorting nude photos from underage girls

LANCASTER – A 20-year-old man who posed as a modeling agent to extort young girls into sending him naked photos was sentenced Friday to 39 years and eight months in state prison.

Cesar Mauricio Estrada-Davila, aka Cesar Estrada, pleaded no contest on Feb. 15 to a total of 38 felony counts: one count of lewd act upon a child; 21 counts of distributing or showing child or youth pornography to a minor and 16 counts of possession of child or youth pornography, according to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office.

As a result of the plea, Estrada also must register as a sex offender for the remainder of his life.

Estrada was arrested in August 2015 after a 14-year-old Antelope Valley girl confided in her parents, who alerted authorities, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.

According to testimony at the preliminary court hearing, Estrada reached out to young girls and befriended them on social media websites between January and April 2015. He told the victims he was a modeling agent who could make them famous online.

Estrada then asked the victims to send him pictures of themselves in their underwear, prosecutors said. After receiving those photos, Estrada threatened to forward the pictures to the girls’ friends and family unless they sent him nude photos of themselves, according to court testimony.

Prosecutors said there were 21 female victims between the ages of 12 and 17 years old from California, Utah, Texas, Michigan, Washington, Colorado, Nevada and Florida.

The case was investigated by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Special Victims Bureau.

One down and a million to go. Next stop, the doorstep of Hillary and Bill Clinton. Then to Obama’s door. And so and so on and so on.

So sad, these young people just wanted to be noticed.. Takes a really twisted mind to pull this on kids.. Parents need to print these articles out and show their kids what’s going on out there!

The big problem here is the parents of these clueless girls. Why would you allow your 14 year old daughter to have a Facebook, instragram etc… stop giving these kids access to this social media garbage. Predators are everywhere looking for girls that are so clueless.

If this guy is guilty of Possession of Child P0rnography these girls MUST be guilty of Production and Distribution of Child P0rnography. The CA Penal Code not give a pass to Child P0rnographers under the age of 18, or any age. “EVERY Person…” is the verbiage of PC 311.1. That is the law, and the law is the law.

A 14 year old who gets manipulated / threatened by his homies to participate in a robbery not only gets held fully responsible, he does so as an adult. For his inability to withstand the manipulation / grooming by adults he gets slapped with a gang enhancement on his way to life in adult prison.

This is a 20 year old! Why would a 14 year feel it’s ok to send naked photos of herself? What was she thinking! Have parents told their kids they can’t do such a thing? Nonsense must dream of being someone but. That’s a long time I hope your perversion was worth it. That was probably the start of him raping and killing. Check his yard for bones lol

So quick to judge. When your put in a situation like that and have no one to go to how would you react? Its not so much the girls fault but he had no right to do something like that. Hope he burns in hell!
