Kevin Anderson

Kevin Anderson is a 48-year-old male who is approximately 6 feet 3 inches tall and weighs about 220 pounds.

Anderson is on parole for robbery and petty theft with priors.

Anderson is a Crip gang member.

His criminal history includes vandalism, battery, robbery, vehicle theft, petty theft with priors, possession of a controlled substance, assault with a deadly weapon and burglary.

Anderson failed to report to his parole agent as instructed and he is believed to be somewhere in Lancaster. Anderson has mental health concerns.

Garrett Felter is a 34-year old male with brown hair and hazel eyes. He is approximately 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs about 220 pounds.

Felter is on parole for robbery.

His criminal history includes possession of a controlled substance, terrorist threats, spousal battery, assault with a deadly weapon, resisting arrest, DUI, robbery, and dissuading or preventing a witness to testify.

Felter failed to report to his parole agent as instructed and he is believed to be somewhere in Lancaster or Barstow.

Kendell Hollenquest is a 25-year-old male with with black hair and brown eyes. He is approximately 6 feet tall and weighs about 250 pounds.

Hollenquest is on parole for robbery.

Hollenquest is a Pasadena Denver Lane gang member who goes by the moniker “PJK”.

His criminal history includes terrorist threats, robbery, spousal battery, felon in possession of a firearm, participating in a criminal street gang, discharging a firearm, burglary and robbery.

Hollenquest failed to report to his parole agent as instructed and he is believed to be somewhere in Santa Clarita, Lancaster or Pasadena.
