The 25-year-old white female was last seen on Aug. 9 leaving her Canyon Country residence; and she has been known to frequent the Lancaster area.

Nicollette’s family is very concerned because she suffers from diminished mental and cognitive capacity, severe autism, border line personality disorder, and is easily manipulated.

Nicollette has also been known to go by the following aliases:  Nicole Webster and Monique Angela Webster.

Anyone with information about Nicollette Lucia or her whereabouts is encouraged to contact the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department’s Homicide Bureau at 323-890-5500.

To remain anonymous, call “Crime Stoppers” at 800-222-TIPS (8477).

My daughter has been missing around the same time your daughter went missing.
And we got into a argument right before she went missing. I feel terrible. I never told her how much I love her!!!

Please don’t dispair about that. She knows you love her. Of course she knows it and wherever she is, it will sustain her.

She has Borderline Personality Disorder. It looks like bi-polar. She knows we love her but she identifies depression as “boredom” and she thinks we are keeping her from getting out there in the world where she thinks she will find less boredom. (less depression) This is Mental illness. She dislikes her limitations and tends to attempt to re-identify herself by lying about her life and who she is. Since she is skill-less, her “work” is an inevitable one.
