Smash Bros. tourney this Saturday

Video game tourneyPALMDALE – The Palmdale City Library will host a Super Smash Bros. Brawl for the Nintendo Wii video game tournament this Saturday (Feb. 22).

The event starts at 1 p.m. at the Library, located at 700 East Palmdale Blvd.

Participation is free, but space is limited. Prizes will be awarded to the winners.

“Bring your ‘A’ game, because the competition will be fierce!” said Library Director Thomas Vose.

Super Smash Bros. Brawl for the Nintendo Wii is an extremely popular fighting game uniting the characters from numerous Nintendo franchises.  It is rated “T” for “Teen.”

The Palmdale City Library is open seven days a week. Hours of operation are Monday through Thursday from 10 a.m .to 8 p.m.; Friday and Saturday from 10 am to 5 pm; and Sunday from 1 to 5 pm.

    Whyyyy this one n64 I totally would go!!! I don’t have a Wii so ughhh =\ would of kick ass on super smash bros ! Or the GameCube version too but wiki =(
