15-year-old girl last seen in Palmdale reported missing

PALMDALE – A 15-year-old girl last seen in Palmdale was reported missing Wednesday.

Kayla Castro was last seen at 8:12 p.m. Tuesday, March 21, on the 37000 block of San Carlos Way, according to the Sheriff’s Information Bureau .

Kayla is Latina, 4 feet, 10 inches tall, weighs 135 pounds, has brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black beanie, a black hoodie, gray pants and black Adidas shoes. Authorities said Kayla has a possible destination of Lancaster.

Anyone who has seen Kayla or knows of her whereabouts was asked to call the Sheriff’s Palmdale Station at 661-272-2476. Anonymous calls can be made to Crime Stoppers at 800-222-8477 or sent to lacrimestoppers.org.
