PALMDALE – The city of Palmdale has announced the performance and activity schedule for the Kaleidoscope Art & Music Festival this Saturday.

The event will be held from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 8, at the Palmdale Amphitheater, located at 2723 Rancho Vista Boulevard in Palmdale.  Admission and parking are free.

The Kaleidoscope Art & Music Festival is a celebration of visual and performing arts that will feature stages of live music, poetry, spoken word, artisan vendors and wares, food and craft beer.

The schedule of events includes:

TAPESTRY STAGE

10 a.m. – High-D Boys – A banjo, a guitar, and a washtub — add four-part harmony and it’s a recipe for the best musical comedy group this side of the Mississippi river!

11:30 a.m. – The Sunday Night Singers – A Cappella chorale ensemble from the Antelope Valley performing popular songs.

1 p.m. – Paddy’s Pig – Striking a balance between Irish folk traditionalism and rock-n-roll energy, you’ll want to get up and dance, tap your toes and stomp your feet!

4:15 p.m. – L.A. Cast of Beatlemania – From “Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band” to “Revolution,” the L.A. Cast of Beatlemania promises to treat you to a nostalgic musical experience you’ll never forget!
