Thousands of lights, handmade wooden decorations and “snow” make this local home a must see this holiday season.
The decorated home is located at 6136 Brentwood Avenue in Lancaster; the pictures were sent to us by homeowners Roxanne Williams and Keith Chisam.
“A lot of people that come to see our decorations love that we put down fake snow and make all the wood stuff by hand. It takes a lot of work making them, but it is worth the outcome to have something different,” Williams stated. “We lost count of how many lights we have, but I would say between 13,000 to 15,000 lights this year.”
Williams and Chisam have wowed spectators with their elaborately decorated holiday home for the past eight years. They decorated their home on Topaz Lane for six years before moving two years ago to a new home on Brentwood Avenue.
“We love to decorate and see all the people enjoy our decorations year after year,” Williams stated. “We even get people asking if they can take family photos in front of our house.”
The lights are on from 5:30 to 10:30 p.m. every night, Williams said, and the decorations will be up until the weekend after New Year’s.
