Palmdale Road Construction Update: April 30 through May 6, 2012

PALMDALE GENERAL ROAD CONSTRUCTION 4/30/12 – 5/06/12:

Intersection of 50th West & Avenue N-8 and intersection of 55th West & Avenue N.
Intermittent lane closures for traffic signal installation.

Avenue S/47th East to 57th East.
Lane closures and detours for street widening (City’s PN 557 Avenue S improvements.)

Sierra Highway Barrel Springs Road to Pearblossom Highway.
Intermittent lane closures and flagging operations for AVEK and Palmdale Water District water line improvements.

30th Street East, Avenue Q to Palmdale Blvd.
Intermittent lane closures and flagging operations for SCE improvements.

Palmdale Boulevard from 50th St. East to 90th St. East.
Full closure starting in late May, continuing through July. Detour is to north Avenue N, then back to Palmdale Boulevard. A detailed detour map is shown on the City’s Web site at www.cityofpalmdale.org.
