Tortured Palmdale toddler dies, amended charges expected

Rosie Lee Wilson, 21, and Brandon Jerel Williams, 24, are each charged with assault on a child becoming comatose, torture and mayhem. Williams is also charged with one count of attempted murder and Wilson with one count of child abuse. Charges are expected to the amended with the recent death of Baby Anthony.
