Palmdale City Library presents fraud protection program

PALMDALE – The Palmdale City Library, in partnership with the local Bank of America Palmdale branch, will offer a free financial program called “Better Money Habits: Fraud Protection” on April 25, starting at 11 am in the activity room.

The program educates participants about the differences between fraud and scams. Participants will learn how to recognize potential scams that can come through messaging apps and email, and how not to become a victim. No registration is required for this free event.

This program is sponsored and will be presented by Bank of America, Palmdale branch, located at 839 E Palmdale Blvd.

The Palmdale City Library is open seven days a week. Hours of operation are Monday through Thursday from 10 am to 8 pm; Friday and Saturday from 10 am to 5 pm; and Sunday from 1 to 5 pm.
