LANCASTER – Carolers, light displays, live entertainment, and numerous holiday scenes are just a few of the highlights of A Magical BLVD Christmas, the annual winter wonderland celebration returning to Lancaster on Saturday, Dec. 10.
The free festive event will take place from 5 to 9 p.m. on The BLVD, between Gadsden Avenue and Beech Avenue, Lancaster city officials announced in a news release.
“There is no holiday celebration like A Magical BLVD Christmas,” said Mayor R. Rex Parris. “The City Council and I are excited to join one of our favorite annual events again this year. We look forward to a fun night of holiday festivities, shopping local businesses, and spending quality time with our community.”
Attractions at this year’s event include a Christkindlmarkt for crafts and food, live entertainment, train rides, crafts in Santa’s Workshop, sledding in real snow, and Santa spreading Christmas cheer.
