PALMDALE – Palmdale residents can win prizes of up to $500 just for taking a survey that will provide valuable information that will be used to help the newly formed Wellbeing Coalition to work together to create robust solutions to the health and economic challenges facing the community.

The survey is available at www.CityofPalmdale.org/Survey in English and Spanish. It is centered around questions that address social, economic, and mental health issues. Survey participants will be randomly selected for prizes ranging from $500 to $50.  In addition, the first 250 who complete the survey by Monday, June 28, will win a free pair of tickets to the Fireworks Extravaganza coming to the Antelope Valley Fairgrounds on July 4, while supplies last.

“Input is vital to get a real pulse of the community to understand where we’re at and where we need to go,” said Management Analyst Nardy Lopez. “By taking just a few minutes of your time, you will not only help the Coalition develop solutions to ongoing challenges but give yourself a chance to win a valuable gift card.”

The Wellbeing Coalition is currently being formed to bring focus to the mental health, homelessness, and other challenges the region faces with greater vision and vitality.

For more information, contact Management Analyst Nardy Lopez at 661-267-5177 or nlopez@cityofpalmdale.org.
