Man killed in Palmdale shooting

PALMDALE – A man was shot to death in Palmdale Wednesday afternoon.

The shooting was reported at about 1:25 p.m. Wednesday, March 31, near the 100 block of Palmdale Boulevard, near Division Street and the Antelope Valley (14) Freeway, according to Deputy Eva Jiminez of the Sheriff’s Information Bureau.

Deputies responded to the scene and found a man suffering from at least one gunshot wound, Jiminez said.

Paramedics arrived and declared him dead at the scene. His name was not released

No information regarding a potential suspect or suspects was released. No further information on the incident was immediately available.
