LANCASTER – Authorities have released few details about the stabbing of a homeless person on Lancaster Boulevard Monday morning.

The stabbing occurred around 9:40 a.m. Monday, March 1, in the 600 block of West Lancaster Boulevard, near Sierra Highway, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.

The victim was taken to a hospital in unknown condition. A suspect could be seen being taken into custody, but deputies at the scene did not disclose details. The suspect’s name was not released.

The traditional advantage of being a bum was that for hundreds of years, they never needed to fear being robbed.

That is exactly the kind of thinking that got Lancaster sued. again. how many millions of tax dollars have been lost because of rex and his grandstanding and ludicrous statements?

If people had not become so scandalous . If people would mind there own buisiness and stop trying to hurt each other to see who could get over on one another, then and probably only then they’ll stop stealling from each other.

There are millions living in the U.S. in houses and apartments addicted to alcohol, prescription drugs, gambling, porn, etc., that are negatively affecting this society, also putting others in harms way because of driving under the influence. The unhoused are a minor part of our sickness.

What you see that goes on with the unhoused because it isn’t hidden, goes on at a much more destructive level in our broken society, from the top on down. A broken political system, and the spirit of hate that permeates everything, from our leaders all the way down to our local level. It’s more palatable to us because it’s done by people that have a roof, looking more attractive while they deceive, and deceive themselves.

Very sad story. The homeless are far more likely to be victims of crimes rather than perpetrators. That’s not what Rex tells us, but it’s what the facts state. If we had only spent the $31 million on the county building rather than giving a no bid contract to Rex’s friend for Kensington, we might have made a dent in the problem by now.

This is most likely a case of Homeless on Homeless crime. Over some piece of junk, some choice spot, some sort of status symbol, drugs, or alcohol.

The majority of homeless people are not all that stable or rational.

It is not stable or rational for a sitting mayor to suggest that people shoot the homeless if they try to rob you. He even said not to bother registering the gun. This came after he went on television to describe a shooting of a deputy from a mental health housing facility even though the shooting never happened.

        Stable or rational?

You want someone to stand up for TRex? Probably going to have a hard time finding someone to do that.

You should run for Mayor against TRex .

If a bum tries to rob me, my kids or anyone I care about….I WILL SHOOT THEM! Rest assured! …And I don’t need a mayor to tell me to do so.

Would this be with the gun you are carrying with a concealed weapon permit, or as Rex suggested just carry without a permit. Supposedly you won’t hesitate.

I would protect anyone from harm, but if someone wants to rob me of a few dollars, they can have that. What if they have a gun and pull it first?

Rex talks a lot of bunk.

The homeless may be victims, but they’re far more likely than the average citizen to be violent criminals as well: “The Los Angeles Police Department tracks crimes committed by and against the homeless and the statistics for 2018 are stunning: Suspects categorized as homeless commit 12 percent of the city’s violent felonies while comprising less than 1 percent of its population.”

That is not the case in Lancaster, no matter how much Rex and the boys try to make it appear.
“A Los Angeles police report released in May stated between 2016 and 2017, there had been a 14% increase in the number of homeless people who were victims of Part I crimes — such as homicide, rape, robbery and aggravated assault.”

There is a plethora of information out there on crime and the homeless. Nearly all of it, if not all of it, contradicts Rex’s claims and certainly does not back his call to shoot the homeless if they try to rob you.

Rex needs scapegoats to deflect attention from his failures and bizarre statements.

Have you seriously lost your backbone, bruh? What is with guys like you? Where did your cajones go???

If some tweaked out homeless dude comes up to you and takes your wallet and tells you to bend over and get ready to be “pounded”, are you going to hand him your wallet and pull your panties down and bend over in compliance?

I bet you carry a man-purse and use words like “non-binary” to describe yourself too, right? lol

            Reality sucks.

What a vivid imagination you have. You live in your own little world where homeless people want to do nasty things to you.

You are more likely to be a target of such activities because you attract them to you like flies to manure.

Not everyone lives a lifetime in such a paranoid state as you do. And then you die.

Then, the homeless will have to find another paranoid chump to have fun wtih. They can smell your ilk.

Some people act like everybody has the same wretched, paranoid life as they do.

I’ve lived here over 30 years and haven’t had any problems with any people in public places.

But then I don’t hang out in front of liquor stores all day like Reality.

All you cry babies that feel so bad for the homeless are half the problem with today’s issues. If we keep supporting homeless people by giving them all handouts then this problem will never go away. Your spare changing them to stay where they are. Why try to get a job if they can just beg for change and collect welfare checks. You do realize your paying for their alcohol and drugs as well as food. I personally know dozens of people that take their food cards and sell them for dope or trade half price for cash to go gamble it away at the tap tap. That’s right. 100 dollars in groceries gets them 50 dollars cash. Do they all do it? Of course not. But a large number of them do.
