Kern county has the making of a real crime wave here. And who knows? They might even confess to the great train robbery…

Next time pay your dues… get the license, find a legal site, pay taxes…. PAY TAXES!
Oh and do not have stolen property. Nothing says criminal like stolen property, even if you bought it off a guy from the trunk of his car on a back road.

LOL…you should look into what you are talking about before you speak. There is no “pay your dues,” there is just “support the corruption.” Like the ONE license issued in Lancaster. It wasn’t issued to a “dues payer.” It was issued to a Wrecks crony who paid lord only knows how much under the table in outright bribes.

For example their “proper legal site” had a huge payment for “fire safety consulting” to a certain former fire department employee who claims he was a fire fighter. That had nothing to do with “paying dues,” it was just quid pro quo payoff for the license, buying influence for Wrecks.

The current state of licensing in the industry is more like the old days of liquor licensing, where only ties to organized crime could win you the opportunity to open a bar. Until it gets cleaned up the black market is less corrupt BY FAR than anything going “legit.”

Now you were one person that I figured would see the invisible sarcasm tag.
Everything about the current marijuana legislation is about the money and controlling for personal gain.

The government is a parasite. When you actually analyze cause and effect, the government has done more harm to the people than the people who are accused of doing harm against the State. It’s crazy that people fear a plant- a medicinal one at that, more than they fear the rampant abuse of power in this country.
