Eduard Petrosyan was arrested on several charges, including illegal sales of marijuana, cultivation, and conspiracy to commit a crime, authorities said.
The arrest happened after investigators executed a search warrant at the Organic Health Solutions Marijuana Dispensary, according to a news release from the Kern County Sheriff’s Office.
“During the service of the search warrant, investigators learned of an additional nearby location in the 1300 block of West Rosamond Boulevard, which was related to the illegal dispensary. The second location contained an indoor marijuana grow and marijuana processing structure. An additional warrant was executed at the second location,” the news release states.
During the execution of both warrants, investigators seized the following items of evidence:
- 255 pounds of processed marijuana with an estimated street value of $127,500.
- 4,952.1 grams of concentrated marijuana with an estimated street value of $99,042.
- 295 packages of marijuana edibles with an estimated street value of $2,950.
- $11,711 in currency.
- 312 marijuana plants.
- One, 9mm semiautomatic handgun.
Petrosyan was booked into the Kern County Jail pending court proceedings.
The operation was conducted by the Kern County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit, with the assistance of the East Area Substation deputies and wardens with the California Department of Fish and Wildlife.

Illegally competing with someone who greased the right palms to get a license. Guaranteed this came about as a result of a complaint from someone who bribed their way into a license but can’t produce quality pot. Probably the guys from Wrecks’s crew that he licensed in Lancaster.

LOL…I’m one of the happiest people I know. Wrecks bleeds the city of Lancaster dry…no problem for me as I own no property there. When his minions wanted to threaten me the only thing they could do was threaten my eighty year old mother…which made me angry, not compliant, and then she died so they had nothing. Now with Sellout Steve they have their hooks into Palmdale, and again I don’t really have anything to lose because I liquidated out of Palmdale before it happened. I’m still here, but short of having the goon squad actually attack me physically there’s nothing the clown prince of corruption et al can do to me.
Even Sellout Steve, if he could ever be forced to tell the truth, would have to admit that when he met me I was cheerfully laughing in his face despite his pending rise to power. If I succeed in taking him down it will be good for Palmdale as a whole, but I’m safely out either way so it ultimately does me neither good nor harm.

I did my best…but as I said, I also pulled everything out of Palmdale. The biggest problem is that the gang that runs Lancaster could be counted on to push every two years, so even if Sellout Steve had been defeated they would eventually win. Now they have their hooks in and they will likely suck Palmdale completely dry before they can be shaken loose. Congratulations.

Lancaster Cowboy…The truth is that very, very low voter turnout in 2008 put Rex in power. The same in 2010, 2012, and 2016. The truth is that candidates are listed in January, and voting is in April. This is all happening because, unlike tweakers and opioid junkies, marijuana growers, sellers, and users tend to have property and goods that the police can and do seize and then auction off. The Kern County Sheriff is especially addicted to forfeiture money to make up for the budget cuts he’s been forced to accept in 2 out of the 3 past budgets (his fiefdom was the only one that didn’t get a 10% budget cut all 3 years).
