LANCASTER – A man died Tuesday night on a freeway off-ramp in Lancaster after he was struck by as many as two vehicles that left the scene.

It happened around 8:55 p.m. Tuesday, March 26.

The victim, who was about 50 years old, was walking on the off-ramp from the southbound Antelope Valley (14) Freeway to Avenue I when he was struck by a white vehicle traveling in the same direction, according to the California Highway Patrol.

“The driver … fled the scene in their vehicle following the collision,” CHP Officer Jason Murawski said. “While the pedestrian was lying in the roadway, a second unknown vehicle possibly struck him. That vehicle also fled the scene.”

The victim, whose name was withheld pending notification of his family, died at the scene, Murawski said.

Anyone with information about this fatality is urged to call the CHP’s Antelope Valley Office at 661-948-8541.

Why Don’t you sickos turn yourself into the highway patrol or the sheriff’s dept ! What do you think his life didn’t matter well it does and did , running or leaving the scene makes you a bunch of pansies you can’t tell me you did not feel your car lift off the ground as you were running somebody over for real losers ! Your cowards who did this and God knows who you are.

Not surprising, the AV is filled with the lowest of low-life. You’re barely safe in your car let alone walking, especially around Avenue I. If you must walk, you better be extremely alert and look over your shoulder constantly. And get off the street as soon as possible.

This is absolutely unacceptable, Anywhere!!! The laws of the Universe will catch up with these killers eventually. Karma is just waiting for that perfect moment.

God’s an absentee landlord who could not care less, and yet the Devil protects his own….in this particular universe, karma doesn’t seem to have much to do with it, too many rich evil monsters die peacefully in their own beds surrounded by all the other monsters they’ve engendered….
