It’s waaaay better than L.A. city proper out here. I’m sorry that you’re only seeing the negatives but we have a beautiful town out here. It’s getting better every day, not worse. I hope that becomes true in your line of vision.
Don’t let the negatives overwhelm you. It wasn’t long ago that people everywhere we’re fighting each other for this land…about 200 years ago. Be at peace and peace will come. Stay safe and keep the drama out of your life. Avoid those who would cause you harm. I wish the best for you and all those who wish to be at peace with nature here in the beautiful desert.

Everyone makes assumptions.. Does anyone think about the family that suffers. A life is a life. No one deserves to be murdered. I beg anyone who knows anything please report.

Im kinda curious if anyone (crime scene detectives) has even searched that area where monique figueroas car was found, I mean SEARCH not just glance around but actually investigated a five or even ten mile radius of where the car was located…did they even look for hair or fingerprints in/on the vehicle? It breaks my heart that people who come up missing are just pushe’d off to the side like they don’t matter because they do matter. Until it happens to someone in their family they don’t give a [removed]. It’s [removed] up cause they are no better than anyone else just cause they are cops they think they can do whatever they want..they are supposed to protect and serve, not ignore and criticize people. Ugh I get so frustrated with how our judicial system works..I hope all the families find closure and find whoever is responsible for these tragedies..in time info will surface. Follow the lord. That’s all I can say. He will lead you to the light.

In the 35 years ive lived in the AV that area has always been the dumping grounds for LA gang murders. Fresh heavy rain, fires, and deer hunters tend too find bones of victims from the 80’s and 90’s that rarely get much news coverage. As a kid living in Lake La in the 80’s during the big housing construction a few lots had human remains found while digging. I always wondered how many may still be around.

Yes it is. They said its unknown if gang related…. Can we at least know if the victim was affiliated with gangs this dead person. Or will this be a mistery?

This person had a family. It gets me angry how people can make assumptions instead of helping find justice..

Another murder.. and nobody cares,,, we all pay attention when a school shooting happens… but when one person dies. we are just so used to it… we just don’t care anymore…this is why I wont live rural.. its so easy for someone to kill you and get away with it….

I doubt it was someone that lived around that area . I bet it was some gang related killing and they just drove up into the hills to dump the body. That road gets pretty dark at night.
