Martin Aldana killed a good man last September and has never once shown any amount of remorse! I hope he rots in hell!

Commercial burglary is another saying for shop lifting. And just so you know Bob m. I am a ex con. And last year I earned $67,000 legally. And from August 2015 to December 2015 I earned $43,000. You can’t judge everyone the same. In the first 4 months of this year I made the company $106,224. And I also have face and neck tattoos.
And you seem to be the type that will over step your boundaries as a employer. People like you think because we are excons you can talk and treat us any way you like. Then when someone snaps on you it’s they fault. I had employers like you. And now I make more than them. Glad everyone is not like you. If you never give anyone a chance. You would not know what they are worth.

Bob seems the type who would treat ALL of his employees like that, not just ex-cons.

Shoplifting is commercial burglary? Just another criminal trying to minimize their dirty deeds. Petty theft as in 484 or 488 is the charge that covers shoplifting. Commercial burglary is commercial burglary that’s why it’s 459.

There’s a dollar amount that defines “petty.” From the referenced code: “Any other entry into a commercial establishment with intent to commit larceny is burglary.” So, yes Shane, shoplifting if it exceeds the designated dollar value is commercial burglary. There are certainly other forms of commercial burglary, but your statement is glaringly wrong.

Next time you ask your cousin for information on a legal issue you want to gossip about make sure you get the complete answer.

There are too many out there wearing badges, minimizing their dirty deeds.

Instead of commenting on this article, why don’t you do the right thing and expose the so called legalized money laundering schemes going on in Santa Clarita. We’re talking millions of dollars. White collar criminals that you don’t see on a wanted poster.

Which is one of the reasons why the ex-cons over at the AV Voice struggle to keep employed.
