Recruitment for local landscaping positions

NowHiringPALMDALE – The South Valley WorkSource Center will host an employment recruitment this Tuesday for local maintenance/landscaping positions.

It’s happening from 9 to 11 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 23, at the WorkSource Center, located at 38510 Sierra Highway in Palmdale.

Positions are available in Palmdale and Lancaster. Interested applicants should dress professionally, bring their resumes and have at least three professional references.

Open positions include:

  • Maintenance/landscaping laborers
  • Maintenance/landscaping foreman
  • Irrigation maintenance technicians
  • Maintenance supervisor

Qualified applicants must have a California driver’s license and clean record, and
should be able to:

  • Use hand and power tools
  • Read blueprints
  • Work from elevated heights
  • Lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Work 40+ hours a week
  • Work weekends
