“Gabriel’s House,” located at 38553 4th Street East in Palmdale, is the city’s third Neighborhood House. It was named in memory of eight-year-old Gabriel Fernandez, who was tragically killed in 2013 after prolonged child abuse. “Gabriel’s House” serves as a music, visual and performing arts center to provide children in the area with the opportunity to develop their creative talents.
