Employee pre-screening recruitment for security, truck driving positions

NowHiringPALMDALE – The South Valley WorkSource Center will host an employee pre-screening recruitment event for truck driving positions on Tuesday, July 5, and a recruitment event for security positions on Wednesday, July 6.

Both events will be held at the WorkSource Center, located at 38510 Sierra Highway in Palmdale.

Tuesday’s recruitment will be held from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. on behalf of a local company that is hiring Class A, B & C truck drivers.

Interested applicants should arrive dressed for success and have:

  • A resume with relevant experience.
  • A DMV print-out with clean record.
  • A valid CA driver’s license.
  • RTW documentation (Proof of Right to Work in the United States.)
  • The ability to drive cross state when needed.
  • The ability to work all shifts.

Wednesday’s recruitment event for security positions will be held from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Multiple security positions are available in Santa Clarita for unarmed security, shift leaders, project manager and post commander. First, second, third and weekend shifts are available.

Interested applicants should arrive dressed professionally and have:

  • A resume with relevant experience.
  • A guard card.
  • A high school diploma/GED.
  • A BSIS certificate.
