LANCASTER – Authorities have identified the man who was found dead in a parked car in Lancaster on April 19.
He was 25-year-old Stephen Sanfelipo, according to the Los Angeles County Coroner’s Office.
The body was discovered by deputies from the sheriff’s Lancaster station at approximately 2:54 p.m. Tuesday, April 19, near 110th Street East and East Avenue H, according to a news release from the Sheriff’s Information Bureau.
The cause of Sanfelipo’s death is deferred, pending the results of toxicology tests, said coroner’s Assistant Chief Ed Winter.
Sanfelipo’s hometown was not known.
