Hundreds of spectators are expected to attend this community block party, which will feature a concert by the Tehachapi Mountain Pipes & Drums starting around 7 p.m.

Nearly 1,000 people attended last year’s concert, and more than 3,000 spectators passed through Candy Cane Lane between 4:30 p.m. and midnight on Dec. 23, 2014, organizers said.

If you plan to attend tonight’s celebration, be sure to get there early as parking on nearby streets is limited.
