Jingle Bell Fun Run this Saturday

PALMDALE – Marie Kerr Park, located at 2723 Rancho Vista Blvd., will host the High Desert Runners’ annual Jingle Bell Fun Run this Saturday, Dec. 12.

The 5K race will begin at 9 a.m., while the Kids 1K Elf run will start at 10 a.m.

Registration for the 5K is $25 for youth and members of the High Desert Runners Club, $30 for adults and non-members in advance, and $35 on the day of the race.

Registration for the Kids 1K is $10. Kids will receive a finishers medal and an elf hat.

There will be several raffle prizes given away at the event.

Proceeds will benefit the Antelope Valley Sheriff’s Search and Rescue team, the High Desert Runners and other charities.

Sponsors of the event include Sam’s Club, Costco, Cruz Thru Car Wash, Elite Sports, Sheriff’s Relief, and the Professional Peace Officers Association.
