‘Hiring Fest’ for multiple employers this Thursday

NowHiringPALMDALE – The South Valley WorkSource Center, located at 38510 Sierra Highway in Palmdale, will host a “hiring fest” for several different employers this Thursday, Oct. 22, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Among the positions being recruited are:

  • Welders
  • Aircraft/Automotive Technicians
  • Production Painters
  • Carpenters
  • CNC Machine Operators
  • Assembly Line Technician
  • Fabrication Technician
  • Entry Level Help Desk Technician
  • Truck Drivers (class A license not required)
  • Server (food service)
  • Hostess (food service)
  • Food Service

Among the employers in attendance will be Express Employment Professionals, Advantage Sales and Marketing, Successful Consulting, Altech Services, Inc., Vision Engineering, Midori Services Inc., Robertson’s Ready Mix, Speedy Cash and Ni Hao Sushi & Dining.

Interested persons should bring copies of a relevant resume and come dressed for success.

      Depends on the position and the restaurant. Fast food, nope. Executive chef at a highly rated location , yup!

    I’m currently in school to become a welder, but still don’t have any on the field experience. Is there any possibility I can still have a chance to get hired?

      Yes Alexander, you still have a chance. And that chance gets better the hungrier you get.

      I would not for one work at Midori. The management makes bad decisions and penalizes the employee for their mistakes.
