All-Star Drifting and Drag Racing at Willow Springs Raceway Saturday!

ROSAMOND – Saturday will be a day and night to remember for drifting and street-style drag racing fans in Southern California, according to the Willow Springs Raceway team.

The motorsports park will be hosting Just Drift’s All-Star Bash followed by Street Style Drag Racing.

Gates open at 7 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 17, and drifting begins at 8 a.m. and continues throughout the day. Hundreds of drifting enthusiasts will converge on the 2-mile road course to compete in the annual All-Star Bash drifting competition, according to organizers.

The action continues Saturday night with the 2015 final night event of Street-Style Drag Racing, presented by Willow Springs Raceway.

Drag racing kicks off at 7 p.m., and the event will feature live music by Elements of Kadence. Willow Springs’ own Paddock Diner will offer a full dinner menu and bar. The racing will conclude at 11 p.m.

General admission to the all-day/all-night event is $10 for adults, with children ages 8 and under admitted free. The fee to race a car in the street-style drag racing is $10. Parking is free.

Event sponsors include Toyota Motors Sales, U.S.A., VP Racing Fuels, Just Drift, Brandt Racing Enterprises, Studio Equipment Rentals, Elements of Kadence and Git It Sports Nutrition.
