PALMDALE – A group of upcoming local singers will showcase their talents during a special performance in Palmdale this Saturday.

Dubbed “AV R&B Royal Singers,” the performers include Sandra Welsh, Ayeasha, Vernon Isaac, Mr. Boo, Keyausha Washington, Brooklyn, Donese Ameachina (Ms. Pooh), (MC) Lawrence Brydie and DeVal Robinson.

The show starts at 7 p.m. Saturday, July 18, at the City of Palmdale’s Legacy Commons for Active Seniors, located at 930 East Avenue Q-9 in Palmdale.

Each singer will perform four songs, and the show will run for about two hours, according to the event’s promoter, DeVal Robinson.

“We have a lot of new talent here in the Antelope Valley that is unrecognized,” Robinson said. “This event will showcase some of that talent and gives recognition to new talent that gives them a platform to build for the entire Antelope Valley to see.”

Produced by Dee’s Music Promotion, tickets for the show are $15 in advance or $20 at the door. Advance tickets are available by calling 323-594-2806.
