PALMDALE – There are spots still available for the spring session of the city of Palmdale’s Pee Wee Soccer program.
The program for ages 4 and 5 will run on Tuesdays, from 4 to 4:45 p.m., from March 3 to April 21. The program for ages 6 and 7 will run on Tuesdays, from 5 to 5:45 p.m., from March 3 to April 21.
Pee Wee Soccer takes place at the Marie Kerr Park Recreation Center, located at 2723 Rancho Vista Blvd. in Palmdale.
“Pee Wee Soccer is a fun, non-competitive introduction to one of the world’s most popular sports,” stated Palmdale Recreation Supervisor Paula Leszkiewicz. “Students will learn to kick, dribble and pass, with an emphasis on fundamental skills and good sportsmanship.”
The fee is discounted to $27 for Palmdale residents and is $32 for non-residents.
Online registration is available at www.cityofpalmdale.org. Participants may also register at the recreation and culture office, located at 38260 10th Street East in Palmdale. Proof of age is required at time of registration.
