What, we don’t have enough community service appointees from the court system to clean up the AV?

Ave Q and division isn’t where the dumping is bad. Come out to Lake LA. It’s outragious.

I spent some time in Heron Montana, and waste management there are a couple of guys in a make shift tack room with a 12 pack. It’s all free unless you want to donate for a beer. Heron and the surrounding area is very clean, and everyone comes to the dump. I thought it was really cool, you know a real community vibe.

I’d guarantee atleast 50% of those dumping, didn’t bother checking prices before they dumped.
