LANCASTER – Local detectives say they’ve caught the alleged serial burglar believed to be responsible for a string of break-ins along the Lancaster BLVD business district.

Kenneth Frazier was arrested Wednesday (April 9) after a lengthy investigation, which dated as far back as December of 2013, according to Lancaster Community Relations deputy Miguel Ruiz.

The 45-year-old is accused of burglarizing as many as nine businesses.

“Many of the incidents occurred during the nighttime hours and were mostly ‘smash-and-grab’ type burglaries,” Ruiz stated.

Frazier was booked at the Lancaster Sheriff’s Station jail on suspicion of commercial burglary.

He is due in court Friday.

Who says it’s the “BOULEVARD TO NOWHERE”. It provides great opportunity for thieves, panhandlers and local politicians. I suppose the first and the last go together.

Don’t forget, folks. Rex said that the BLVD woud be ‘the safest place in the universe’ (his words).

I guess it’s ‘safe’ as long as you don’t go there.

It sounds to me like the police did their homework and have the right man in custody for all the damage and loss of property he has caused the business owners of Lancaster blvd. As for my statement, yes I was wrong for putting that up and I apologise to everyone who read it for being so childish. I do not feel one bit sorry for this guy right now though and could care less about his dignity. I’m sure he could use some help with a good lawyer right now if your really all that concerned about him. I’m sorry for the comment I posted though.

MR .MIKE C. I ADMIRE YOUR COURAGE FOR ADMITTING YOUR FAULT,IT TAKES SELF RESPECT AND MORALITY TO ACCEPT PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR PERSONAL MISTAKES . I ALSO FEEL INDIGNATION FOR MR FRAZIER ERRORS,IF HE IS GUILTY HE MUST PAY HIS PRICE TO SOCIETY .BUT ONCE HE PAYS AND CHANGES HIS MIND ABOUT HIS LIFESTYLE HE MUST BE RESTORED BACK TO SOCIETY.
A MORAL PERSON IS NOT A PERFECT PERSON BUT ONE THAT UPON ACTING CAN REFLECT OF HIS ACTIONS AND BUILD UPON THE CORRECT ONES ,REPENT AND CHANGE THE BAD ONES AND LIVE FOR WHAT IS RIGHT.
