I don’t know who came up with this info, but the Nutty Runners is a relatively normal 5k race, not some “colorfully dressed group … running backwards,” just to clarify. Anyone who would like to participate in the 5k can register starting at 7:30 a.m. at Joe Walker School. Registration is $30 for adults, $20 for youth.

For a moment, I thought the ‘Nutty Runners’ referred to a local politcal couple that feeds off the government while accomplishing very little.
