PALMDALE – The U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Antelope Valley team is currently collecting new, unwrapped toys to distribute as Christmas gifts to less fortunate children in the Antelope Valley.
“We have 35,000 children we’re trying to serve… all of our children from Lancaster, Palmdale, Rosamond, California City, Tehachapi, Boron, Acton,” said organizer Karen Davis. “We’re all volunteers, so every dime goes to our children.”
The Antelope Valley Toys for Tots team is tasked with collecting 35,000 toys, $82,500 or any combination of the two. They need your help to succeed.
You can contribute to this effort through sponsorships, toy donations, monetary donations or volunteering to make a difference in the lives of these children.

I have five child three are mine two are my nieces I am caring for. These children have nothing for Christmas. Due to I am out of work this year going to school full time, and on a fixed income. Just needed to pay bills. I have tried to apply with the salvation army but was turn away because I lost my California ID which I can not afford to replace at the time. I try to call toys for tots but was unsuccessful getting through. I just pray someone can help us. I hate to see these children wake up Christmas morning with at lease one give. By good faith I did put up my artificial tree.
Thank you single mom hoping for the best
