No uninsured drivers? I say [removed]. Everytime these [removed] cops allow an unlicensed driver / uninsured driver to drive away from a checkpoint after recieving a citation they are putting the public at risk.
L.A. County Sheriff should finish the job and remove the unlicensed/uninsured drivers from the road.
If any of these unlicensed drivers get into an accident after being allowed to drive away from the check point the county should be sued.
Kizzy says
What makes u think they let the unlicensed drivers drive away, usually someone else with a license drives the car. And it’s not only an unlicensed driver that get into accidents. Is everyone that drives like if the road was made just for them.
Rosa says
Spoken like an unlicensed driver.
Kizzy says
Hahaha. I have my license for 20 years no tickets no accidents and my insurance is by Allstate , also I got my SUV about 8 years ago from dealer and never hit my car or scratch . So I’m not an not an unlicensed person. I just have people like you who judge other people who can’t get there license because I’d there status. Anything else you would like to know.
Rosa says
An unlicensed driver hit my grandmother – I feel fine to judge.
carol says
If a car is stopped and an unlicensed driver is behind the wheel, he should be arrested, and the car impounded. If there is a licensed driver in the vehicle as a passenger, then they should be the one driving,,,,and NOT be allowed to take the car. It’s the law that you have to have Insurance and a license to drive………….ENFORCE IT !!!!!!!!
Kizzy says
You never broke the law?
Rosa says
It seems like you approve of enabling those who do. I hope no one you love is victimized by an unlicensed, uninsured illegal immigrant like my family was. I mean that sincerely – it is a horrible thing to have life endangered, catastrophic injuries, property damage and NO recourse. Meanwhile people like you seem to think this is all fine. I find that sad. But then I am judging again. So be it.
Kizzy says
I do not approved people driving without a license, what I’m in disagreement is that everytime they say unlicensed right away they start judging illegal aliens , how sad is to discriminated your own race. Drunk drivers are the most dangerous in the road than someone who had drive and can’t get a license just because their status here.
Rosa I think your name tells me your not an American so why your against illegal immigrants.

It is called selective enforcement. If you have the means to pay, they will be after it. Legal only applies to those that respect the law.
CaliGirl says
When they eliminate the right to keep and bare arms, you going to blindly abide by that law too without ever questioning anything? Oh wait, you will be reporting your neighbors I bet for the reward money. I can’t tell you how many times the automatic payment system with child support has suddenly stopped deducting my payment, every time, I have to solve not only that problem I have to contact CSS to release my license and then go back to the DMV for the final fix. I don’t bother anymore, I am insured, USAA is my insurance company. I have not lost my license for driving infractions and I do keep my payments up to date. You want my info so you can report me?
mick says
I’ve been in two major car accidents in my life with the other drivers being at fault. Guess what? They were both licensed, insured, middle class and white. They were just really crappy drivers. Just saying.
Kizzy says
Thank you.. That’s my point…
Rosa says
Referring to the thread above… Kizzy, You have a real problem. You are going to racially profile me (incorrectly), and question my citizenship based upon my first name?? Well, you happen to be wrong on EVERY count. And the illegal alien who I referenced was in FACT an illegal alien. Step off, Kizzy – you are talking from the wrong part of your anatomy. I am done with you.
Rosa says
You are correct, Mick. Crappy drivers are everywhere. Thank goodness the ones that hit you were insured.
