DryTown celebrates city’s 50th Birthday

by The AV Times Staff • August 13, 2012

PALMDALE – In recognition of the City of Palmdale’s 50th Anniversary of its incorporation as a City, DryTown will offer a “5 for 50” discount.

This week (August 13-17) customers may purchase five daily admission tickets for $50 – a $30 savings!

In addition, the park will be open from 1 to 8 p.m. this week.

“Palmdale turns 50 this month and we want to celebrate the occasion with our customers with special day use pricing and by shifting our hours of operation later so people can take advantage of the beautiful summer evenings,” said DryTown Manager Eric Dombrowski.

Season passes are also available for $68 for Palmdale residents and $84 for non-residents. The cost for 4 or more season passes are $54.50 for Palmdale residents and $67 for non-residents.

Season passes may be purchased online at www.cityofpalmdale.org/drytown, or at  DryTown Water Park Town Hall, located at 3850-B East Avenue S, Monday through Thursday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
