Thursday Night on the Square applications now available

by The AV Times Staff • March 19, 2012

PALMDALE – Applications for participation in the City of Palmdale’s annual Thursday Night on the Square events are now being accepted for the 2012 season.

Food and farmers market vendors, craft and commercial vendors, service providers and non-profit groups may download applications by visiting www.cityofpalmdale.org/departments/parks/tnots.

The deadline to submit applications to the City’s parks and recreation department is June 1, 2012. “The earlier vendors submit their application the better chance they have at being accepted into the event,” said Recreation Supervisor Annie Pagliaro.

Vendors are encouraged to participate in this award-winning event that brings families and businesses together. Each event will feature fun for the entire family including live entertainment for adults and children, themed children’s activities, creative arts and crafts and delicious food in an open-air market. This year, TNOTS will be celebrating the City of Palmdale’s 50th Anniversary as an incorporated city.

For additional information, call the parks and recreation department, Monday through Thursday, at 661-267-5611.
