UPDATED: Residents unite against proposed Quartz Hill Walmart, again

Quartz Hill Cares held an Information Rally Monday in front of the proposed site for a Walmart Supercenter. They're encouraging residents to attend a council meeting on Tuesday (Dec. 11) to oppose the project.

LANCASTER – About 50 residents came out Monday for an Informational Rally at the intersection of 60th Street West and Avenue L.
