     That probably wont work very well. Yesterday LASD and City of Lancaster along with AeroView hosted a LEAPS presentation at LPAC and it was attended by dozens of law enforcement agencies and municipalities from all over.
     When they realize how inexpensive and effective it is at monitoring and guiding deputies to emerging events there is no doubt that some will pull the trigger on the system.
     While I don’t support decreasing boots on the ground, in this economy this looks to be a very effective way to increase presence at the lowest cost.

     Got to imagine if anyone does purchase the system it’s highly likely we will hear all about it in excess from Rex and Crew.

     Problem is that you should have parked the Audi R8 and Bentley behind the BLVD and not in front of LPAC.. looks just a little pompasss..

After all, he’s smart enough to know he can’t win the next election, so he’ll need a new income stream to replace what he’ll lose once he goes away and hands the keys to Arnie Rodio.

           what reduction? all I see is more and more burglaries. The eye in the sky was supposed to be able to be there in seconds. And if there is a pattern in burglaries (which was reported to be) wouldn’t a smart person have the eye in the sky up during that time of day? And every single day, there is vilolent crimes and burglaries being commited. And there has not been one mention of the eye in the sky being there to help capture a criminal. What a waster of 90 thousand dollars a MONTH!!!!!!!!!!!!! It’s a joke.

I have the same questions as you and everyone alse about the home burglaries, hit and runs, store robberies, truants, etc. What can we all do, other than speak up and stop it if you can without putting yourself in danger?

   Who hates LEAPS? The ghettoids and the tweakers. Crime’s gone down significantly on the eastside since it went to 20 hr a day operation. It’s also saving us BIG bucks over a single chopper that we had to share with the rest of the valley…and over the hill. It’s working. Notable: dope dealer arrests have gone up about 400% since LEAPS went to nighttime operation.

   Paris is a sell out to the globalist feds who want the American people under constant surveilance! This is desired because of the legislation and laws they are and will be enacting. They know it is not popular with the majority and that people will revolt so they need control measures in place before they can pass the worst of the legislation. They also need our guns before they can fully implement the control which is why they keep flooding the news with gun violence. They need the people to support gun bans. Don’t be fooled, step back and look at the bigger picture across the nation and indeed the world. There is a much bigger agenda then just lowering crime stats! If Obama and the UN try to ban guns and order turn-ins, they will be using LEAPS on you and all of a sudden you will be the criminal for holding to your constitutional rights!

I own a successful small business that I built myself without so much as even a small business loan. Now I watch as more and more of what I make is going to taxes to support Obama’s agenda. If you think we’re not headed down the same path as Greece, Spain etc you are blind. The administration, with Feinstein leading the charge and the UN giving their full support, is making every effort to restrict gun ownership by law abiding citizens.

     Crime has dropped significantly since the plane went to 20 hr a day use. We can have constant surveillance now, instead of spotty patrolling with a chopper, for much less cost. It’s working and it’s here to stay.

     Kenny Rogers, I mean, Rex Parris said he liked the BLVD so much he was thinking of selling his big house and moving to a condo off the BLVD.

     Does anyone think that will happen? If he is no longer mayor and retires, do you think he will even continue to live in Lancaster? Do you think he buys clothes in Lancaster or dines at any fancy restaurants there? He probably goes down below cause he can’t be seen in Palmdale.

     I’m guessing he’ll hightail it outta there for ‘nicer’ digs once he’s done being lord mayor.

         Chief Moose, known mostly for catching the seriel sniper a few years back on the east coast, was known for moving his family into the worst neighborhood in his city. He would clean the neighborhood from the inside out. Houses that were bought by the city were used by officers to do their paperwork. Vacant houses in drug/gang infested neighborhoods were rented to officers or were rented by the city and used for surveillance. It might work here.

       Well, progress WAS being made, until “Car Wreck” Perris capitulated and now has a “hands-off” policy regarding Section 8 and is actively coddling “minorities.” It’s up to the citizens in neighborhoods affected by this trash to root them out with calls for action from both the Sheriff’s Office and the Housing Authority. Usually, when you threaten the Housing Authority dingbats with some action from the County Supes, things start happening quickly.

         Ya wonder why people who own homes would rent them to Section 8 if there is a chance that the tenants would be a neighborhood problem thereby lowing property values as people move out.

         Doesn’t that lower the property value of their own home ultimately? Seems short-sighted, if you ask me.

           William a lot of Sec eight are foreclosed properties owned by banks who don’t care, don’t keep up the property and are just waitin for things to improve so they can sell.They know under sec eight they are guaranteed by the feds(you and me) to be returned to the same state they were in when rented, so no loss for them.

           Sure, but if the neighborhood deteriorates, it drives down the value of their property, bank owned or not.

           But, I can get that the banks don’t really care. I’d love to know if Bank XYZ would lend to a buyer of a house in a neighborhood where the bank also owns foreclosed and run-down properties of its own.

           My main beef is why republicans aren’t complaining about the banks or other owners getting our tax money to pay the rent. Instead, they’ve got us complaining about the fraudster who rent the homes and cheat the system and impact a neighborhood just like the banks do.

I know allot of people would disagree with that, not being diverse and all, but they dont have to live by these ghetto children with no parental supervision, parties thatgo on all night and the dam cops wont do anything. It would be a win win, they all get to live around the same scumbags and those of us who bought these houses can live in peace. Who whould have thought a neighborhood that was new 12 years ago now be considered trashy.

   I see Hamadi was popped for selling drugs minutes after the shooting on Thursday in the same spot where the shooting happened. Surely Hamadi could have shut down operations for the day given the circumstances? Why stick around with the drugs in your pocket knowing the spot was about to be hot?

   If I were the cops, I would squeeze Hamadi for info on the murder in exchange for making the drug charge go away. Does this really happen, or have I been wanting too much Law & Order?
