LANCASTER – The Lancaster Station’s Burglary Suppression Team recovered stolen property worth several thousand dollars Thursday morning after serving a search warrant at a home in west Lancaster, authorities said.

The warrant was served around 7 a.m. at a home in the 800 block of West Avenue H-7, and the warrant was the result of an ongoing burglary investigation, said Lancaster Community Relations deputy Michael Rust.

During the investigation, deputies learned that two suspects living at the home had recently pawned several electronic items at a local Pawn Shop, Rust said.

Deputies recovered the stolen property, which was worth several thousand dollars, Rust said.

Galen Copeland, 19, and Deshawn Green, 21, were arrested in connection with incident.

Green was jailed on $40,000 bail and Copeland was jailed on $100,000 bail.

Both men are due in court Monday (Oct. 15) to answer charges.

Note for the obtuse: the above is a joke and I personally typed all the “[removed]” instances in my original post. Apology for the quick-witted: I’m sorry I even have to put this disclaimer in here!

I can read all the words in the comment. I just simply do not understand what it says.
For the record, I am glad the stolen items were found and the arrest was made. Good work deputies.

These are my neighbors and they are regularly robbing the neighborhood. I just hoped something they pawned is my $900 camera they stole from us! The cops are ALWAYS here for fights, burglaries, all kinds of stuff. Hopefully they stay in jail.
