Job recruitment for general labor, warehouse positions

PALMDALE – The South Valley WorkSource Center (SVWSC) is hosting a special recruitment to fill 25 to 30 general labor, warehouse and entry level positions on Thursday, June 14 starting at 1 p.m. at the Center, located at 38510 Sierra Highway.

The employer will be on site for an orientation and face-to-face interviews.

The requirements for the positions include:

  • Speak, read, and write in English
  • Clean background (certain infractions may be considered)
  • Willing and able to work outside 8 hour shifts
  • Able to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Hardworking
  • Right to work documents

Job description:

  • Clean up warehouse
  • Inventory warehouse remains

The compensation for the positions is $8 to $8.50/hour, depending on experience.

    8-8.50 per hr. What a joke who can really live off that.Even with ot 60 hrs a week your take home is 300.00 per week lol good luck with that.Hey RX PARRIS get some real employment out here instead of chasing section8 tenants.That might clean up the problem.

    Armando Ruiz 31 Yrs I’m a very “Hard Worker” willing to work 6 days a week & overtime!I’ve always said that when it comes to work it’s scared of me!

    Bring a Resume and Dress for Success. $8 -$8.5 to work outdoors/and or in a warehouse cleaning and lifting. Way to go Job Makers.
