Lancaster Mayoral candidate arrested

David Grajeda

PALMDALE – David Grajeda, a candidate for the position of Mayor of the City of Lancaster, in today’s general municipal election was arrested late Sunday night. The following is the press release from the Palmdale Sheriff’s Station:

On April 8, 2012 at approximately [10:47 p.m.], Palmdale Station received a call of a fight at the Cinemark Theater near the Antelope Valley Mall.

Responding deputies learned that suspect [David] Grajeda’s ex-girlfriend was leaving the theater with her current boyfriend when they were confronted by suspect Grajeda.

Suspect Grajeda accused the victims of ruining his family.  The victims tried to leave, but suspect Grajeda followed them to their car and challenged the male to fight.

The victim retrieved a Taser from his vehicle and told suspect Grajeda to leave.  Suspect Grajeda refused and made another threat.

The victim then deployed his Taser, incapacitating suspect Grajeda.  Arriving deputies determined suspect Grajeda’s ex-girlfriend had a valid domestic violence restraining order against him.  Suspect Grajeda was arrested for violating the restraining order and for challenging the second victim to fight.

He was taken to Palmdale Regional Medical Center and treated for his injures from the Taser.  He was booked at Palmdale Station and released on a promise to appear. Suspect Grajeda is a candidate for the position of Mayor of the City of Lancaster.  The election for that position is April 10, 2012.

Editor’s note: We’ll have more on David Grajeda in a profile later today.

Relax David, who’s to say the Lancaster city council might not soon be saying the same thing.

Lancaster’s comical relief to SOCAL has eclispded Bell. Chose your politics and we still comes up craps. We are a comdic (that means a joke to the local illiterate who follow Parris like sheep) illustration of a microcosm of what occurs when the deaf and dumb follow a shepherd who is only slightle brighter than than dumb sheep who follow. Enjoy as the world watches us poor dumb b——s.

I’d take a guy with a screw loose over a calculating crook anyday.

David be smarter please, you know any reason is good enough for you to be in trouble…let the girl go and go on with your life. The only person you owe anything to in this world is your child. Still rather you than the crook.

Still, he’d be a better mayor than ol’ Rex.

Did anybody really expect anything better? David Grajeda is nothing but a younger version of David Abber, which speaks volumes about both of them!
