“Seven vehicles were impounded, one stored”

    That’s all?
    DUI is one
Seven with suspended licenses (Car not impounded?)
Four unlicensed drivers (Car not impounded?)

Simple math says 12 cars should have been impounded, unless the Baca rule is being applied up here in the AV.
